Civic on First Construction Progress
Construction on the 175-room Civic on First Hyatt House is in progress with the three concrete podium decks for the parking structure and the first two levels of the superstructure completed. The project is currently on schedule for opening in the fourth quarter of 2020.
When completed, the project will bring street level retail, an indoor pool and fitness facility, and an expansive hotel lobby to an under-served extended stay market. By design, the hotel ensures easy access, accommodations and availability for Mayo Clinic patients, guests and their families.
