The 192-room DTLA Echo Hotel, located on the edge of downtown Los Angeles in the Echo Park neighborhood, offers premium views of the City’s skyline without the headache of downtown traffic. The Hotel’s marquee features include a near 360-degree view rooftop bar and lounge, an expansive pool deck, and street-level retail. In addition, the Echo Hotel will showcase the successful use of modular construction. Modular construction will accelerate the project’s construction timeline and provided sizable material and labor cost savings as compared to conventional construction.

The hotel is a short walk or drive from numerous area destinations including Disney Concert Hall just up the street, LA Live, and the Broad Museum. Dodger Stadium, with the highest average attendance of any Major League Baseball team, is just two miles away. With LA’s lively community and unique and diverse offering of world-recognized sports, art, and music experiences, the area is a premium target for hospitality development.

The Echo Hotel is scheduled to begin construction in the fourth quarter of 2022 and to open in the Spring of 2024.
