Dr. Nicoletta Morelli

Dr. Nicoletta Morelli brings over 30 years of expertise in international corporate law, real estate transactions, and public sector regulations to EKN Development’s European operations. A Notary in the Bergamo District since 1994, Dr. Nicoletta has advised on complex legal frameworks and served in key roles with the Notary Council of Bergamo, the National Notaries' Fund, and the Arbitration Chamber of the Civil Chamber of Bergamo.

Dr. Nicoletta holds a law degree with honors from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and completed advanced notarial studies in Rome and Naples. She pursued international legal education through summer programs in the UK and worked with the Italian Cultural Institute in Mogadishu. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the “Gaetano Donizetti – Giacomo Carrara” Polytechnic of the Arts, appointed by Italy’s Ministry of University and Research.
